Accreditation Applicant Child Form

The accreditation applicant child form lists all of the applicants for the Accreditation Program and is read only.

You see the following columns on the accreditation applicant child form:

Column Description
Name Displays the friendly name of the Accreditation Program.
Organization Name Displays the name of the organization that registered for the Accreditation Program.
Add Date Displays the date that the organization was added as an applicant.

edit icon to edit a record on the child form.

  linked headings to sort the records.
  refresh the data in the form.
  export the data to a quick report for download.
